The health and wellbeing of our students is our top priority
The school has a medical insurance covering all students’ medical needs and any other emergencies that may arise. There’s also a qualified nursing assistant who takes care of the pupils in case of illness and/or accidents.
Following the medical assistance protocol established at BSV, in case of illness, injury or accident, the school will proceed to contact the family who, if necessary, will transfer the student to the medical centre or hospital with which the school has healthcare agreements where the required tests and monitoring will be carried out if needed.
First aid courses are also organised at BSV and are attended by teachers as well as other staff members. BSV has several defibrillators distributed around school premises and Dechoker airway clearing devices in both dining rooms which can be used for choking emergencies.
